At Marble Hub, we handle your project from start to end. From the beginning of colour and stone consultation all the way to installation of joinery and stone. We take care of every single step, to give our clients a true peace of mind.

All our joinery are completely customised and made in Sydney. We listen to our clients, work with them to create their beautiful and functional dream kitchen.

The Process:

• Initial consultation

We provide complementary consultation over the phone, or in our showroom.  The purpose of this initial consultation is to gather your measurement, desire style, layout, finishes, must-haves, key features.  To make sure what we design fits into your budget.

If it is a new built, we will work with your existing plans from an architect or interior designer. If it is a renovation, we will need your help with some measurements and photo to work with.

• Design and Review

From what we have gathered in the initial consultation, we will start working on the design, which is the most important part of the project. When the design is ready, we will invite you back to our showroom for viewing, at the same time, a quote will be given.We will walk you through on the detail design. If satisfied, deposit will be taken to move forward to next stage. Otherwise, you can certainly modify the design at this meeting. We want your dream kitchen to last a lifetime.

• Selecting colours

After the design is finalised, next step is to specify the right finishes. Choosing the right finishes, colour and stone can be overwhelming. We are here to help you to select the perfect scheme for your project. Depending on the finishes selected, a variation might be raised.

• Check measure

When your site is ready, appliances are selected.

We will book for on-site check measure, this is to double check all the measurements are correct, and the design will work perfectly. After the check measure is completed, production drawings will be produced for you to sign off. Once approve, production in factory will begin, and you will be giving a timeline for installation.

• Production and Installation

Production takes 6-8 weeks, when it gets closer, we will reach out to you to re-confirm the installation dates.

Once all the under bench cabinets are in, we will organise an additional check measure for stone production, so that we can ensure everything fits and works perfectly together.

• Quality Control  At the end of the installation, we will have our site supervisor to do quality control check. He will tick off his check-list while walk through all the joinery with you. We want perfection in every project, and your joinery should last you a lifetime.

• Trade/ Project manage

Depends on your scope of work. we might be able to provide trade services such as kitchen removal and disposal, plumbing, electrical and lighting.

If you have your own builder, we will coordinate all the services and timeline according.
